    Our remote service system uses a cutting-edge data VR headset technology. Customers receive a VR headset equipped with its own internet connection, allowing our technicians to connect remotely via a dedicated app. This lets us see exactly what the customer sees in real-time, enabling us to guide them through troubleshooting or even perform minor repairs remotely.

    It is important to note that the VR system is provided by our trusted external partner, ALEGER, who supplies the headsets directly to customers.

    This remote service solution is available across all R&W divisions and is delivered by our experienced R&W technicians, ensuring fast and efficient support wherever it’s needed.
