As part of this integration, an internal reorganization was completed: the business operations of R+W Druckmaschinen Service GmbH & Co. KG were fully transferred to the newly formed R+W Druckmaschinen GmbH, registered with the Aschaffenburg Commercial Court under HRB 17976. All rights, obligations, and assets were assumed without interruption. For our business partners, this transition ensures continuity, with all existing contracts remaining fully valid.
